Summary

Avanciers are seeking a motivated Reliability Engineer to support reliability testing and validation activities for new product development. The ideal candidate will have experience in reliability analysis, environmental and life testing, and automated test development. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability test methods, execute tests, analyze results, and document key findings for new product development.

  • Design and run automated test scripts, LabVIEW programs, and robotic test processes.

  • Perform reliability testing including HALT, ALT, environmental, transportation, and life testing, as well as PCBA stress screening and engineering validation.

  • Conduct pre-verification and characterization testing to improve product robustness and reliability.

  • Apply analytical techniques for measurement methods, stress testing, derating analysis, and reliability evaluation of components and systems.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external testing laboratories to ensure timely and cost-effective test execution.

  • Prepare and maintain verification protocols, characterization reports, and test documentation in compliance with quality standards.

  • Ensure product testing and validation meet environmental and transportation requirements applicable to medical devices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in reliability engineering, testing, or validation.

  • Hands-on experience with HALT, ALT, environmental testing, and life testing methodologies.

  • Experience with LabVIEW or automated test development.

  • Familiarity with PCBA testing and reliability assessment techniques.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Experience working in regulated environments such as medical devices is a plus.
