ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a Managed Care Health Plan (MCO) that provides health benefits for underserved populations, including those on Medicaid, and the uninsured.
The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, building, migrating, and maintaining modern intranet solutions, automated workflows, and custom applications within the Sharepoint / Power Apps / Microsoft Flow ecosystem.
This role requires a blend of technical development (SPFx, Power Platform, modern web tools), cloud administration, and business analysis to transform manual processes into efficient digital solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Custom Solution Development: Design and build custom web parts, extensions, and user interfaces using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Workflow & App Automation: Architect and deploy low-code/no-code business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business operations.
- Cloud Migration & Administration: Plan and execute migrations from legacy SharePoint On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- System Integration: Connect SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to external data sources using SQL, APIs, and data integration tools.
- Ecosystem Enhancement: Integrate SharePoint seamlessly with the broader Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Viva, Planner, Power BI) to create a unified digital workplace.
- Business Analysis & Documentation: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and author comprehensive technical and end-user documentation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Required minimum Associate Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Power Apps and Microsoft Flow
- Experienced with Sharepoint Framework - SPFx
- Strong SQL skills for Data validation
