Summary

Program Manager / Technical Project Manager

Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS Data Engineering and Application platform initiatives.
Own project planning, execution, governance, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
Manage cross-functional teams comprising Data Engineering, .NET, Angular, QA, DevOps, and Cloud teams.
Drive dependency management, release planning, risk mitigation, and project recovery for critical engagements.
Interface with client leadership, product owners, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

Strong Project/Program Management experience in Data & Application management projects.
Hands-on understanding of:
- AWS Glue
- PySpark
- Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture
- Apache Iceberg
- SQL / Data Modeling
- AWS Services (S3, IAM, Lake Formation)
Understanding of application development using:
- .NET / REST APIs
- Angular
Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
Strong client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Scrum certifications.
Experience in Financial Services, Tax Reporting, Wealth Management, or Enterprise Reporting platforms.
Experience managing complex multi-team dependencies and recovery of RED projects.
