UI Angular Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI Angular Lead to drive the design and development of modern, scalable web applications using Angular. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular frameworks, UI architecture, and front-end development best practices, along with the ability to lead a team of developers. Experience working in the financial services or banking domain will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance front-end applications using Angular.
• Architect scalable and maintainable UI solutions and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best development practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical leadership.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI performance or functional issues.
• Stay updated with latest UI technologies and Angular advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 8+ or above).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.
• Strong knowledge of Angular architecture, components, services, directives, and RxJS.
• Experience with REST APIs integration.
• Familiarity with state management (NgRx or similar).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets domain.
• Experience with UI performance optimization and security best practices.
• Exposure to Micro Frontend architecture.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
• Experience with cloud platforms or containerization is a plus.
