PMO Manager (Consultant)
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead and evolve a dynamic Program Management Office supporting enterprise portfolio delivery. This role oversees project governance, demand management, resource planning, and portfolio financials to ensure initiatives align with strategic business outcomes.
You will lead a team of PMO analysts, drive stage-gate and funding governance, monitor program performance, and partner with Risk, Governance, and executive leadership to maintain delivery excellence. Responsibilities include portfolio reporting, resolving governance issues, forecasting resources and budgets, and ensuring projects are properly staffed and positioned for success. Thisis a hybrid onsite contract role 2 days aweek onsite.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership managing a PMO and PMO teams
- Strong portfolio financial management (forecasting, accruals, budgeting)
- Experience with project governance, demand, and capacity planning
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Planview experience preferred
- Advanced MS Office and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
