Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with strong experience in modern full-stack development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL along with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React.
- Develop robust backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases for data modelling, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Follow best coding practices, security standards, and CI/CD processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- React.js
- PostgreSQL
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in enterprise-level application environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and scalable system design.
Additional Information
- Candidate must be comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in Plano, TX.
- Onsite interviews are mandatory.
