The candidate will be a Systems Engineering IT Associate Manager for managing Classified IT across Secret and Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Environments! The leader will manage the IT team providing Windows/Linux server administration, desktop services and applications administration. This team is responsible for upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, accounts, password issues and service requests. The candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day IT services supporting an array of program needs. Candidate will also be using project management skills to manage IT related projects across multiple LM Space Sites and customers. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Direct management and supervision of a team of IT professionals
Coordinate and manage all IT server, storage, desktop and network needs within closed areas
Identifying staffing resources
Coordinate with Ops Lead for workloads, scheduling, and escalating IT tasks
Oversee vulnerability management and break-fix/service requests
Responsible for performance management, promotions, talent planning, training, development activities, and energizing for direct staff
Organize and conduct service status reviews, team meetings and activities according to established business practices
Proposal writing and basis-of-estimates
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Experience leading multi-discipline IT teams
Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across organization boundaries
Self-starter with the ability to spot potential for process improvement
Capable of building effective relationships with teams and subject matter experts.
Experience conducting performance reviews, mentorship and training
Experience with managing Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers and senior leadership/executives.
Desired skills

Project management experience
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or Information Technology from an accredited college/university

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
