As a Lead Vibe Coding Engineer, you will set standards for how teams collaborate with AI to build reliable, scalable, and user centric systems (Claude Tool)—while mentoring engineers and influencing product direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Ownership
• Serve as a technical lead for major features, platforms, or programs
• Own solution architecture and technical decision making end to end
• Balance speed, quality, security, and scalability in AI assisted delivery
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to product, design, and leadership teams
2. AI Assisted & Prompt Driven Engineering
• Define best practices for AI augmented development (Vibe Coding) across teams
• Design and refine advanced prompts to:
o Generate production ready code
o Refactor legacy systems
o Create test cases, documentation, and design artifacts
• Establish frameworks for validating, reviewing, and hardening AI generated code
• Evaluate and onboard new AI development tools and workflows
3. Architecture & System Design
• Design robust, scalable, and modular architectures using modern engineering patterns
• Translate ambiguous business ideas into clean technical solutions
• Drive architecture reviews and ensure long term maintainability
• Guide system evolution from prototypes to large scale production systems
4. Full Stack / Platform Development
(Depending on product scope)
• Lead development across:
o Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte
o Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, Go
o APIs: REST, GraphQL
• Oversee cloud native deployments, integrations, and observability
• Ensure efficient integration with AI models, LLM APIs, and third party services
5. Rapid Prototyping & Innovation
• Drive rapid experimentation, MVPs, and proof of concepts
• Assess technical feasibility and accelerate idea to market cycles
• Enable teams to iterate quickly without sacrificing engineering rigor
6. Engineering Excellence & Governance
• Define and enforce:
o Coding standards
o Automation and testing practices
o Security and compliance considerations
• Ensure high availability, performance, and operational readiness
• Drive continuous improvement and technical debt reduction "

• Expert level proficiency in one or more languages:
o JavaScript / TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of:
o Data structures and algorithms

AI & Vibe Coding Expertise
• Deep hands on experience with AI coding tools such as:
o GitHub Copilot
o ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
• Advanced prompt engineering skills:
o Context engineering
o Constraint control
o Multi step reasoning prompts
• Proven ability to review, debug, and productionize AI generated outputs
Cloud & DevOps (Preferred)
• Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, etc.) – nice to have
• Containers / Dev Containers / Docker
