# Salesforce Developer

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integrations, scalable functionality, and high-quality releases.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
* Develop and customize Salesforce Lightning applications, components, workflows, Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and validation rules.
* Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
* Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation.
* Support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and deployment.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
* Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and ensure solution quality.
* Participate in Salesforce deployments, release management, and production support activities.
* Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governor-limit considerations.
* Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and support teams throughout the development lifecycle.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

## Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Classes, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Experience developing Salesforce Flows, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
* Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
* Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.
* Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification.
* Salesforce Administrator certification.
* Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integration solutions.
* Experience with data migration tools and technologies such as Data Loader.
* Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
* Experience developing solutions for Financial Services, Lending, Banking, or other Salesforce-based enterprise applications.
* Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
