Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Tester

Introduction

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Tester will be responsible for testing IVR applications, including functional testing, regression testing, and automation. The role will involve working with AI voice bots, speech-to-text testing, intent recognition, and entity extraction testing.

Responsibilities

• Hands On Testing of IVR Application
• Creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data preparation
• Collaborating with onsite and offshore teams for hand-over/take-over
• Participating in daily scrum meetings, test calls, design sessions, requirement sessions, and production validation
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
