Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in VMware infrastructure, with strong focus on vSAN.
Deep expertise in VMware vSAN architecture and administration.
Design and implement VMware vSAN architecture for scalable, high-performance, and resilient environments.
Lead HCI design and migration initiatives from traditional storage to vSAN.
Manage vSAN clusters, disk groups, and storage lifecycle operations.
Configure and maintain vCenter, ESXi hosts, and vSAN storage policies.
Implement vSAN-based high availability (HA) and ensure cluster resilience.
Design and support disaster recovery (DR) strategies using vSAN, SRM, or replication tools.
Strong understanding of ESXi, vCenter, and hyperconverged infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with disk groups, storage policies, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of NVMe, SSDs, and storage tiering concepts.
Experience with HA, DR, replication, and storage resiliency.
