AI Content Specialist

Role: AI Content Specialist
Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)

Key tasks and abilities:
- Generate photorealistic avatars in HeyGen via prompts to build out a worldwide library of avatars for a variety of training scenarios
- Document processes and best practices for avatar creation and HeyGen tool use so they can be referenced, improved, and replicated
- Generate video content with AI tools. Experience using HeyGen for video generation or ElevenLabs for audio generation a bonus.
- Demonstrate awareness for inclusion and diversity and cultural differences in avatar design
- Evaluate and troubleshoot avatar video and voice generation
- Organize and manage multiple work streams and a high number of HeyGen avatars and projects simultaneously
- Continually refine processes for avatar and voice generation into scalable, automated workflows
- Document errors/bugs so they can be explained and diagnosed
- Work effectively and proactively with HeyGen’s support team to resolve issues and propose enhancements
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of HeyGen back-end/technical details and capabilities
