Sr Manager / Architect AEP (AJO / RT-CDP) - 12+ Years - Remote

Title: Sr. Manager Technology / Architect AEP

Location: Remote - Consultants in EST / CST hours

JD:

Your Impact: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):

• Set up and configure Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).
• Develop and manage data schemas, data pipelines, and AEP APIs.
• Oversee platform monitoring and operational health.

Data Management:

• Write and optimize Data Distiller queries for advanced data processing.

Journey Orchestration:

• Design and build complex customer journeys leveraging Email and Direct Mail channels.
• Troubleshoot issues related to journey execution, data validation, audience evaluation, and end-to-end testing.

Project Leadership:

• Drive end-to-end implementation of AEP and AJO projects (minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with AEP RT-CDP setup, schema development, and data pipeline configuration.
• Proficiency in AEP APIs and platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of Data Distiller and query optimization.
• Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer for building multi-channel journeys.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across data and journey workflows.
• Experience handling End-to-end AEP and AJO implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance and identity resolution in AEP.
• Familiarity with integration of AEP with external systems.
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices.
