Job Title : SAP Finance & Central Finance Lead

Location : Grand Rapids/Allegan, Michigan (Onsite)

Job description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
Must have 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with strong S/4HANA exposure
You should have a Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including AIF, SLT, MDG, mapping, replication, and error handling
Good Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models
Strong understanding of Finance processes, month‑end close, reconciliations, and cross‑module integrations
Hands‑on experience with incident, problem, and change management
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications should have Experience with OpenText VIM, Treasury, or other connected systems and Prior experience in tower lead or service delivery roles
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
