Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, especially in Apple hardware and software, who can ensure system integrity and security. As part of our dynamic environment, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure while collaborating closely with team members.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support Apple hardware and MacOS systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Provide assistance with help desk operations, including prioritization, reporting, and time management.
Administer tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Apps, GSuite, ZenDesk, Active Directory, and mobile device management systems.
Oversee imaging and deployment of Apple machines, with expertise in Kandji being an advantage.
Implement security measures to protect company data and assets while maintaining system integrity.
Collaborate with teams to deliver training initiatives and create clear documentation for internal processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain smooth operations.
Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
Ensure dependability by consistently delivering on commitments and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in advertising or creative industries.
Advanced knowledge of Apple hardware and MacOS, with some familiarity with Microsoft Windows.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining system security.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Proficiency in handling help desk needs, including prioritization and reporting.
Intermediate knowledge of technical tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, GSuite, ZenDesk, and Active Directory.
Experience imaging Apple devices; knowledge of Kandji is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms, with a capability to assist in training initiatives.
