End to End Technical Delivery

Application Architect-Microsoft Analytics & Cloud

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of the Disputes Assist Agentic solution—translating business intent into architecture, engineering epics, and production-ready releases.

• Coordinate across engineering squads (data, backend, frontend, MLOps/LLMOps, security, integration) to sequence workflows, unblock dependencies, and ensure quality gates through to go‑live.

• Lead gap analysis & solution governance—identify capability gaps (data, tooling, model behavior, controls), define remediation plans, and drive decisions on build vs. buy and integration patterns.

• Establish delivery operating rhythm (Strategic PMO)—roadmaps, RAID logs, milestones, release plans, and KPI/OKR tracking; ensure compliance, risk controls, and audit readiness for regulated workflows.

• Executive-ready communication & stakeholder management—set expectations, craft narratives, run demos, and deliver clear statrisks/asks to product owners, operations, and senior leadership.
