Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representatives to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Respond to inbound inquiries through telephone and other communication channels, provide accurate information, and assist customers with routine questions and requests.
- Explain procedures, eligibility requirements, available options, deadlines, and system processes clearly while guiding users through required activities.
- Document inquiries, interactions, and resolutions accurately; identify issues requiring additional assistance and escalate them to appropriate teams.
- Support time-sensitive service activities, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and meet established service, responsiveness, and quality expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, benefits administration, human resources, call center operations, or a related service environment.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Customer service systems, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, data entry, documentation, call handling, issue tracking, online self-service systems.
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience supporting employee and retiree benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and related benefit offerings.
- Experience assisting with annual open enrollment activities, including enrollment procedures, eligibility requirements, plan options, deadlines, and employee communications.
- Experience providing high-volume benefits-related phone support and explaining benefits information clearly to employees and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration systems, including assisting users with online enrollment and resolving routine system-related issues.
- Experience handling benefits, payroll, enrollment, or system inquiries, documenting interactions, protecting confidential information, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
