Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM 1:30 PM (Overtime available)

What You ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines following detailed specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
- Monitor production to ensure high-quality, precision parts
- Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Accurately document production and report discrepancies
What We re Looking For
- CNC machine operation experience (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines
- Familiarity with G-code or basic CNC programming
- Manufacturing or production background
