Job Description: Our Client is Utilities client is seeking an experienced Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Program Testing Lead to provide overall leadership and coordination of testing activities for a large-scale Maximo upgrade program. This role is critical to ensuring system quality, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery across multiple integrated MAS projects.
Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple MAS-related projects within a broader enterprise program.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a unified test strategy, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across MAS modules.
- Establish and enforce testing standards, tools, and best practices.
- Track and report quality metrics and testing progress to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, integration, and business continuity.
- Support test automation and CI/CD practices where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.
REQUIREMENTS:- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite.
- Proven experience leading QA efforts for large-scale enterprise programs.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Tosca and/or qTest.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Nice to Haves: Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in the utilities or asset-intensive industries.
