Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong technical documentation skills to support cloud infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Cloud Architects, Platform Engineers, DevOps teams, Security teams, and Business Stakeholders to create high-quality technical and operational documentation for cloud-based platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience documenting REST APIs and technical integrations.
• Knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, or other documentation platforms.
• Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
• Basic understanding of Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain User Guides, SOPs, Operations Manuals, Runbooks, Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, and Knowledge Base articles.
• Document cloud platform workflows, APIs, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Prepare Release Notes, Feature Documentation, FAQs, and Troubleshooting Guides.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Security teams.
• Ensure documentation follows organizational standards and version control practices.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation and knowledge management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Experience documenting APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
