Summary
Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Role Description
The UI/UX Designer shall support the design of intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for the Community Use Hub.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum three (3) years of professional UI/UX design experience.
3. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and collaborative design sessions.
4. Experience creating user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
5. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
6. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
7. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
8. Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and accessible design practices.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Portfolio demonstrating completed customer-facing web application projects.
