We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Contract Senior Sailpoint Developer to join our vibrant team. As a key player in our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityNow systems. You will be crucial in managing and improving our identity management systems, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and up-to-date. This role not only requires a deep understanding of identity and access management but also demands a creative problem solver who can innovate and drive solutions forward.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow systems, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.
2. Design and implement IAM solutions, including integration with application authentication systems.
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SailPoint technologies.
4. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
5. Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver solutions.
6. Conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
7. Analyze and resolve complex issues associated with server hardware and application software.
8. Develop custom connectors, workflows, rules, and forms in SailPoint Identity Now
9. Implement and manage user access review and re-certification processes.
10. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
4. Proficient in SQL and other database technologies.
5. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
6. Experience in developing custom connectors, workflows, rules, and forms in SailPoint IdentityNow
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
10. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time.
