Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial building systems. This role involves working on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing maintenance needs and capable of handling on-call assignments as required.
- 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience
- Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures in maintenance work
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing for installations
