Role Overview
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Fusion Data Intelligence Developer & Support Engineer with experience in developing, supporting, and maintaining data intelligence and analytics solutions. The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and support teams to deliver scalable reporting, dashboards, integrations, and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support Fusion Data Intelligence applications and analytics solutions.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop data models, ETL processes, and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support for data intelligence platforms and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform data validation, testing, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ERP, BI, and cloud teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and deployment activities.
Required Skills
- Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence / Oracle Fusion Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts.
- Experience with BI reporting tools and dashboard development.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting and production support activities.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and integrations is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics development and support.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, ERP, or enterprise reporting solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
