Sr. Software Engineer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join a real estate and property organization in Reston, Virginia. This role will help create and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions that support core business operations, with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture, reliable integrations, and modern application development. The ideal candidate brings deep experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, backend engineering in C# and .NET, and front-end development using contemporary web technologies.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver enterprise software solutions that support business-critical functions and scale effectively as operational needs grow.
Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and integrate smoothly with connected platforms.
Build and support backend services and application components using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET with a focus on performance, stability, and maintainability.
Create responsive user-facing features using JavaScript and React.js to improve usability and overall application experience.
Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems to enable consistent data flow and streamlined processes.
Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and optimize existing applications to improve reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical and operational needs into well-structured software solutions.
Contribute to application configuration, enhancement planning, and ongoing support for enterprise platforms throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering within enterprise application environments.
Proven background working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise platform, including configuration, customization, and system support.
Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET for building robust application logic and backend services.
Hands-on experience with modern front-end development using JavaScript and React.js.
Demonstrated ability to design and support scalable, high-performing software applications.
Experience integrating enterprise applications and services across complex business systems.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver effective technical solutions.
