Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·       Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform

·       Build and support multi-channel customer communications, including: 

·       Printed and digital documents

·       Customer emails

·       Reports and other system-generated outputs

·       Generate and support outputs in multiple industry-standard formats, including:  PDF and AFP

·       Ensure all customer communications meet ADA accessibility and compliance requirements

Implement data-driven, reusable communication components using Quadient Inspire modules: 

o   Inspire Designer

o   Inspire Automation / Scalar

o   Inspire Interactive

o   Content Manager

o   Approve Workflow

·       Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs

·       Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define communication requirements, delivery channels, and compliance needs

·       Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance

·       Ensure customer communications comply with security, audit, regulatory, and quality standards

·       Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

Deal breaker/Should not submit candidates who do not meet ALL of the following:

Quadient Inspire Certifications in the following modules:

o   Inspire Designer

o   Inspire Scalar

o   Inspire Interactive

·       5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience

·       3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environment

·       Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions, not just templates

·       Strong understanding of data-driven document composition

·       Solid programming experience in one or more of the following:  Groovy Script, Java Script, Python.

·       Experience working within enterprise IT environments with formal SDLC, QA, and release processes

Required Education

·       Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

·       Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered only if Quadient Inspire expertise is strong

Preferred / Strongly Desired Qualifications

·       Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing communications

·       Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services)

·       Experience with API-based integrations (REST and SOAP)

·       Experience ensuring accessibility and compliance of customer communications (ADA, WCAG)

·       Experience supporting multi-channel output strategies (print, email, digital delivery)

·       SQL skills with experience querying and validating data from relational databases

·       Experience participating in platform modernization or SaaS/cloud migration initiatives
