We are seeking a highly organized Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end to end delivery of complex digital platform initiatives within our financial advisor solutions ecosystem. This role oversees cross functional project execution, manages dependencies, drives alignment, and ensures timely delivery of roadmap commitments.

Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of complex web platform projects across multiple teams
Translate product roadmaps into detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
Drive quarterly PI Planning and coordinate cross-functional execution
Track progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate blockers proactively
Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, business, and vendor partners
Communicate project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Manage resources, timelines, and simultaneous workstreams
Improve project management processes and team workflows

Required Skills:

10+ years leading complex development/integration projects
Strong experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe)
Background in financial services or asset management preferred
Expertise in modern web platforms, APIs, microservices, Azure/AWS, and CMS (Sitecore/AEM)
Strong skills with Miro/Lucid, Excel, Visio, SQL, Teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and risk management abilities

Nice to Have:

Experience with digital account opening, trading/transaction systems, portfolio analysis tools, or performance reporting platforms
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
