They are seeking an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst to support enhancements within their Order Management and Transportation Management environments. This role will partner with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that improve order processing efficiency, system functionality, and operational compliance across enterprise applications.

As a Principal Business Systems Analyst, you will provide consultation and business systems expertise to deliver a solution that enables the re-screening of modified order lines after booking within Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) integrated with Oracle Transportation Management/Global Trade Management (OTM/GTM).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current Order Management and OTM/GTM business processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Develop solution designs that support the re-screening of modified order lines after booking in Oracle EBS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and system administrators to ensure successful implementation.
- Evaluate impacts to existing workflows, integrations, and business processes.
- Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, business process flows, and system specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar enterprise applications role.
- Strong expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management (OM).
- Experience working with Oracle Workflow.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise application integrations and business process improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
- Knowledge of transportation, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment processes.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP enhancement or integration projects.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and change management practices.
