Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in design, development, and execution of mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate has strong technical fundamentals, hands-on exposure to manufacturing or project environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and systems

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs

• Use CAD tools to create 2D/3D models and assemblies

• Conduct calculations, simulations, and basic stress/thermal analysis

• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams

• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety norms, and quality requirements

• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or NX)

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, welding, sheet metal, etc.)

• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering tolerances

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS or similar)

• Exposure to quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP)

• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, or rotating equipment (role-dependent)

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial projects
