Essential Skills: Telephony Product Owner
Skills: BT Enterprise Telephony
Experience Required: 8-10


Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Telephony & Communication Platforms (VoIP / SIP / PBX / UCaaS / Contact Center)
2. Product Ownership & Agile (Backlog management, user stories, stakeholder management)
3. Microsoft Teams Calling / Unified Communication Platforms
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with Contact Center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Cisco)
2. Cloud Telephony & Migration Experience
3. Knowledge of enterprise integrations (CRM, APIs, ticketing tools)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
Years of Experience:
7–12+ years (with at least 3+ years in Product Owner or similar role)
