Job Title: RF Test Engineer
Job Location: Mountain View, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in RF Testing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform RF System Testing on devices for design verification and system validation, including controlled (conducted and radiated) test environment tests for RF performance, interference, noise floor (RSSI), coexistence (multiple-radios), throughput, etc.
- Perform Radiated/Conducted TRP/TIS/aGPS Testing, in signaling or non-signaling mode, using test chambers, including but not limited to, R&S Anechoic chamber; BlueTest Chamber; GTS chamber, etc. Use call boxes including, but not limited to, R&S, Agilent, Anritsu, etc. Use internally developed tools to run on-device testing.
- Collect data from test systems and transfer data to spreadsheets or databases. Analyze and prepare test results using spreadsheets and Python scripts to generate reports.
- Setup RF test equipment to perform validation, verification, and debugging tasks. Maintain the test equipment and handle lab equipment calibration. Maintain lab space, tools, and the materials of a hardware R&D lab.
