Position: Oracle CDM with Oracle SAS

Location: Remote

As an Oracle CDM with SAS Professional, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Data Management solutions. You will be responsible for data quality, duplicate resolution, and master data governance using Oracle Fusion CDM. Additionally, you will leverage SAS to extract, manipulate, and model this consumer credit and financial data, accelerating the deployment of risk and predictive analytics for the clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Management & Data Stewardship: Configure and maintain Oracle CDM Cloud solutions for consumer and business profiles, covering account hierarchies, matching rules, survivorship, and duplicate resolution. 
• SAS Data Warehousing & Analytics: Utilize SAS to build data workflows, query complex Oracle data repositories, and support the development of cross-sell, credit risk, and model validation frameworks. 
• Data Integration & ETL: Design and maintain robust data pipelines between Oracle databases, SAS environments, and external cloud infrastructure (e.g., Equifax Cloud/Google Cloud Platform) using PL/SQL, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). 
• Data Governance & Quality Management: Enforce strict data quality rules, data masking, and compliance protocols matching global credit bureau regulatory requirements. 
• Performance Tuning: Perform query optimization and indexing strategy reviews between SAS routines and massive Oracle databases to minimize processing overhead. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Statistics, MIS, or a related field. 
• Oracle CDM & DB Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud or Oracle EBS/Fusion master data environments. Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. 
• SAS Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience using SAS (SAS Base, SAS Macros, or SAS Viya) for data manipulation, analytics, and extracting insights from Oracle environments. 
• Domain Knowledge: Experience working within financial services, banking, or credit bureaus is highly preferred.
• Cloud Exposure: Familiarity with modern cloud architecture (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus.
