Full Stack SDET Automation Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack SDET Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development and testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through automated testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of frontend/UI technologies, backend/APIs, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test scripts for frontend/UI components using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Conduct testing of backend services and APIs (REST, GraphQL) to ensure functionality and performance
• Perform database validation to verify data integrity and consistency
• Create and execute API tests using tools like Postman and RestAssured
• Utilize testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and PyTest for backend testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an SDET Automation Engineer
• Strong knowledge of frontend/UI technologies such as React and Angular
• Experience testing backend services and APIs using REST and GraphQL
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Ability to perform database validation and data testing
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and RestAssured
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest
