You will craft, iterate, and validate prompt systems that empower intelligent assistants, automate knowledge retrieval, and enhance decision support tools deployed across the enterprise. This role puts you at the forefront of AI deployment in wealth management, combining experimentation with business insight to ensure reliable, compliant, and value-driven outcomes. You will operationalize best practices for prompt optimization and AI governance in a regulated, high-stakes domain.

You will collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, UX experts, and financial domain specialists—to translate business needs and policies into effective, secure prompt flows. Success in this role requires hands-on LLM prompt development, knowledge of conversational AI risks, and a continuous improvement mindset.

### Responsibilities

- Develop, fine-tune, and maintain prompts and prompt frameworks for enterprise AI applications
- Author system instructions, context-crafting mechanisms, safety guardrails, and sample interactions to enhance LLM accuracy and reliability
- Monitor and evaluate AI outputs across multiple scenarios and user journeys; identify opportunities for risk mitigation and experience improvement
- Design automated tests and evaluation metrics to validate prompt performance on quality, effectiveness, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate tested prompts and context selection into production NLP workflows
- Analyze usage data, feedback, and edge-case outputs to iteratively update prompt artifacts and instructions
- Contribute to establishing best practices for AI prompt documentation, change management, and internal knowledge-sharing
- Partner with business and compliance stakeholders to embed domain vocabulary, regulatory policies, and business logic into AI solutions
- Assist with the adoption and tuning of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and similar AI augmentation patterns

---

### Required Criteria

- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- 6+ years'' hands-on experience in AI/ML development, NLP, conversational design, or enterprise software
- Direct experience designing, implementing, and validating prompts and flows for LLM-based tools (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, etc.)
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering principles, including handling context windows, model weaknesses, prompt chaining, and hallucination management
- Competency in evaluating AI model performance and designing appropriate test processes
- Effective communication skills for audiences ranging from technical engineers to non-technical business users

---

### Preferred Criteria

- Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, semantic search, or RAG solutions
- Basic programming or scripting (Python/SQL), and experience with API integration
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tools, prompt observability, and automated quality assurance
- Background in high-compliance, finance, consulting, or regulated technology sectors
- Experience in content strategy, conversation design, or UX writing for enterprise products

---

### Key Competencies

- Detail-oriented approach to language, testing, and process design
- Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and iteration
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines
- Adaptability to evolving AI technologies and business needs
- Accountable, results-oriented, and focused on measurable impact
