As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases.
Build and maintain end to end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to convert business requirements into robust AI solutions.
Design, implement, and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, including embedding generation, vector database configuration, retrieval tuning, and LLM orchestration for enterprise use cases.
Evaluate and implement GenAI / LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model integration.
Deploy AI models into production using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning).
Research and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve solution quality.
Ensure all AI/ML systems comply with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Mandatory skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with LLMs, Transformers, and GenAI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI frameworks, Azure/OpenAI services).
- Knowledge of data engineering (SQL, ETL pipelines, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to AutoML, reinforcement learning, or NLP.
- Experience integrating AI systems into production-grade applications.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
