Deployment TechnicianPosition OverviewA Deployment Technician is needed to support the technology readiness of a new healthcare facility. This role focuses on preparing, deploying, and validating end-user devices to ensure all equipment is fully functional for go-live. The technician will work closely with project teams, technical staff, and clinical personnel to support a smooth and efficient rollout.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and image laptops, desktops, and related devices according to established standards.
- Deploy devices throughout the facility and ensure proper placement and setup.
- Perform functional testing on deployed equipment and resolve issues as they arise.
- Document device configurations, deployment details, and any troubleshooting steps taken.
- Collaborate with team members and project leads to support overall infrastructure readiness.
- Provide on-site support during go-live to address immediate technical needs.
- Assist with peripheral setup, basic hardware troubleshooting, and device validation.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within project timelines.
Required Skills- Experience with device deployment and basic configuration.
- Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to support end users in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Familiarity with general operating system environments.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr.
