Job Title Software Development Lead
About your role: At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor I, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you'll do: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience you'll need to have: - 6+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
- 3+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 3+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have: - Experience in the financial services industry
Salary Range $90,000.00 - $152,400.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
