Job Description:
• 10+ years of experience working with the PTC Windchill Platform.
• Monitor development progress and address technical challenges during implementation.
• Establish quality standards for Windchill development and testing procedures.
• Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to identify and resolve defects.
• Review and approve code changes to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Windchill developers on the team.
• Assign tasks effectively and manage team workload to meet project deadlines.
• Foster collaboration within the development team and with other stakeholders.
• Communicate technical details clearly to business users and project stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Windchill customization, data models, architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Java enterprise development, including Java, JavaScript, and web services.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Lead architecture initiatives from concept through implementation within the PTC Windchill Platform.
• Review business requirements, define solution approaches, and ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Windchill systems, advising business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
