We have an immediate need for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect CRM, Power Platform & Sales Copilot for a position based in Richardson, TX , USA. Hybrid. This role focuses on leading enterprise CRM modernization initiatives and supporting the ongoing enhancement and expansion of an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform within a complex enterprise environment.

In this role, the Solution Architect will lead and guide multiple workstreams focused on improving and expanding the existing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation. The position involves collaborating with business stakeholders and process owners to understand strategic and operational goals and translating those requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions within the Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem. The architect will design and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including business process models, data architecture, and technical integration patterns that support the organization's digital transformation initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with enterprise architecture teams to ensure adoption of approved technology standards and integration patterns across connected platforms. Additionally, the architect will work closely with development and DevOps teams to design technical solutions, support efficient release cycles, and ensure the platform operates securely and efficiently. The individual will also engage with vendors and partners to advance platform capabilities, conduct product demonstrations, and support end users through training and knowledge sharing to maximize the value of the platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem including customization, automation, integration, and application extensions. Experience working with AI-enabled capabilities such as Sales Copilot for Dynamics environments is highly valuable. Candidates should demonstrate experience integrating Dynamics platforms with enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, or CLM systems and have familiarity with Azure cloud capabilities including storage services, API management, serverless computing, and enterprise security frameworks. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential as the role requires working with both technical teams and business leadership across global environments to drive successful CRM platform evolution.
