V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Website Upgrade consultant for our premier client in Salem, Oregon.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Website Upgrade & Functionality Enhancements:
- Fully updated and functional SWAP website platform.
- Includes onboarding, system setup and access, complete WordPress and plugin upgrades, navigation and branding replacements (OCS SWAP), content refresh, download feature update and QA, ESRI link updates, and QA review of website theme and functionality.
- Completion of project management duties (monthly meetings, weekly status updates).
Project Management, Support & Launch:
- Ensure client can independently manage menus, spotlights, and content within WordPress.
- Successful launch of SWAP website with documentation and staff support, training and technical guidance, documentation of processes (TablePress, batch updates, editor use), and final launch of the sandbox-approved site to production.
- Provides continued support through project completion and acceptance.
