About the Project
Join a leading Fintech organization on an enterprise-wide initiative replacing PeopleSoft with Workday. We''re building a dedicated team to handle design, build, testing, and support for core financials, expenses, procurement, Accounting Center (in Prism), integrations, and reporting. Go-live targeted for mid-2027, partnering with an implementation firm. Focus on configuring business processes, leveraging tools like EIBs, core connectors, and custom ports. Experience with Prism for finance mapping and Workday security is key.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Workday Financials solutions from requirements, including core financials, expenses, procurement, and Accounting Center in Prism.
Configure business processes to support financial functions.
Develop integrations and reporting using EIBs, core connectors, APIs, and customer ports.
Collaborate on testing, security configurations, and extended applications (bonus).
Work in a large, distributed program team across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

4-7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience (core financials and expenses mandatory).
Proven design-to-build expertise (not just support/operations); ability to translate requirements into senior-level solutions.
2+ years with Accounting Center in Prism (finance mapping and configuration).
Strong knowledge of Workday security, integrations, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at Capital One or similar Fintech/enterprise environments.
Workday Financials certifications.
API development experience.
Depth in complex projects (e.g., large-scale implementations).
PeopleSoft exposure (not required).
Eligibility/preference for full-time conversion.
