Overview:
Job Title: L3 Monitoring Analyst Location: Mclean, VA (5 day onsite)
Description:
- Knowledge of Production support with more than 2 years of experience in handling java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, RESTful services and UI Framework Applications
- Ability to handle infrastructure and application related alerts/alarms and resolving tickets.
- Prioritize alerts based on severity and type.
- Experience debugging sophisticated problems/ issues. Perform root cause analysis.
- Systematic and timely communication to Partners across various channels based on severity of the issue.
- Experience in using APM tools like Elastic-Kiabna-Splunk-Dynatrace.
- 24x7 monitoring support, with shift of 40hr/week.
- Work with Customer s Third-Party service providers and vendors in support of incident management and problem management for resolution.
- Prior DB experience with SQL/Orace/Mongo is an advantage
- Fast learner of new technologies and tools.
