Role Summary
The Operations Recruiter plays a critical role in executing high-volume hiring strategies that support the organization’s operational workforce needs. This individual will focus on attracting, screening, and hiring hourly and entry-level talent, ensuring alignment with workforce planning objectives.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to efficiently manage high applicant flow while maintaining a strong candidate experience. You will leverage structured processes, data insights, and relationship management skills to deliver consistent hiring outcomes and support ongoing talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, hourly, and entry-level operational roles
- Execute sourcing and screening strategies to efficiently process large candidate pools
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline interview processes
- Maintain strong talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future staffing needs
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
- Track and document recruitment activities within applicant tracking systems to ensure compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with HR partners to align hiring efforts with workforce planning goals
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operations-focused environments
- Experience recruiting for hourly or entry-level talent with high applicant flow
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards in recruiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and guide interview processes
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a commitment to delivering quality results
Location: Flexible (Dallas North Dallas Corridor or Texas Capital Center)
