Convene is looking for a creative, tech-forward professional to join our growing team in a dual-function role. You will be responsible for crafting intentional, on-brand LinkedIn content as well as producing AI-powered video assets that support our business goals. What You''ll Do

• Execute a LinkedIn content strategy rooted in deliberate ideation and brand alignment

• Write, design, and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts that reflect Convene''s voice and values

• Create professional AI-generated video content for business use cases including campaigns, internal comms, and client-facing materials

• Manage content calendars and workflows using Trello and SharePoint

• Collaborate on visual assets in Canva, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines

• Support day-to-day administrative and creative tasks as directed

• Monitor performance of social content and provide basic reporting insights

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn content and social media strategy

• Demonstrated ability to produce AI video content for professional or commercial use

• Strong design sensibility with hands-on Canva experience

• Familiarity with Trello for task management and SharePoint for document collaboration

• A solid understanding of branding principles and how to apply them consistently

• Tech-curious mindset with comfort navigating a variety of digital tools and platforms

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

• Bonus: experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow
