We are currently hiring for the Senior Drupal Developer role (Job ID: HBITS-07-14875) with one of our clients in Albany, NY. As a prime vendor to New York State, we support their HBITS (Hourly-Based IT Services) requirements.
Position Details:
- Title: Senior Drupal Developer
- Duration: 18 Months
- Location: Albany, NY 12232 (3 days onsite per week)
- Interview Mode: Single round, Virtual
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will ensure that all Drupal websites that are developed and delivered are usable, functionally accessible, responsively designed, and compliant with NYS standards and best practices. The candidate will utilize an Enterprise Platform solution (Drupal) to accomplish its mission, leveraging current technologies and industry best practices as applicable to improve its service delivery. Senior Web Developer will develop Drupal theming, custom functionality, module development, Frontend, and/or backend development. Utilize PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 64 months of experience in custom Drupal module development including modules, features and themes.
- 48 Months of experience using Acquia, SearchStax, SOLR.
- 48 months of experience using standard Drupal modules such as: CTools, Views, Panels, and extending them through code.
- 64 months of experience working with current HTML and CSS standards on websites, including using SASS to extend CSS for website themes.
- 64 months of programming experience with PHP.
- 64 months of experience in Web graphical, browser, and cross-platform compatibility testing and creating sites with responsive design.
