Finance Manager
Location: Joliet, IL – Normal Working Hours (no relocation assistance is offered; must be local)
Salary: $125,000
Annual Bonus: 15% of salary

Our Logistics and Supply Chain client is looking for a Finance Manager to help manage daily financial operations and support the company’s overall performance.
The Finance Manager helps manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash application, while ensuring monthly financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
The Finance Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to improve processes, maintain strong financial controls, and provide analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily financial activities, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and cash application.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting analysis.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Maintain compliance, manage financial risks, and safeguard company assets.
- Support finance team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
