Position Summary (Product Launch / New Product Introduction (NPI)/ Catalog Management (Ecommerce, B2B,B2C)
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale product launch and catalog management initiatives. This role will partner with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver new product introductions and ensure product information is accurately launched across digital and business channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management of product launch initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, Manufacturing, Pricing, Packaging, and IT.
Manage product catalog onboarding, maintenance, and launch readiness activities.
Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies while managing broader SDLC and Waterfall project milestones.
Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure successful deployment of new products across websites, eCommerce platforms, and internal systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and launch timelines.
Track dependencies and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
Strong IT Project Management experience.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven experience leading product launch, product introduction, or go-to-market projects.
Experience managing cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
Strong gap analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
