About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI agents that can reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate across enterprise workflows. This role combines leadership, AI architecture, product thinking, and hands-on technical expertise to build scalable agentic systems powered by large language models (LLMs), autonomous workflows, and multi-agent frameworks.

As an Agentic AI Lead, you will define the technical vision, lead a team of AI engineers, and work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex business processes into intelligent autonomous solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the organization's Agentic AI roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor AI engineers, ML engineers, and prompt engineers.
  • Establish best practices for AI governance, safety, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities.

Agentic AI Development

  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of:
    • Reasoning and decision-making
    • Multi-step planning and execution
    • Tool usage and API orchestration
    • Memory management and retrieval
    • Multi-agent collaboration
  • Develop AI workflows using modern agent frameworks.
  • Build scalable agent architectures for enterprise use cases.

LLM & AI Engineering

  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM-based systems.
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
  • Integrate vector databases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data sources.
  • Develop prompt engineering and AI orchestration strategies.

Architecture & Deployment

  • Design production-grade AI infrastructure.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines for AI agents.
  • Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Optimize latency, performance, and operational costs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Present technical strategies and project outcomes to leadership.
  • Drive AI adoption across departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems.
  • 2+ years building or leading AI agent/LLM solutions.
  • Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building enterprise AI copilots and autonomous agents.
  • Experience with model fine-tuning and open-source LLMs.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exposure to MLOps and LLMOps practices.
  • Experience managing distributed remote teams.
