Summary

Our client is seeking a Remote Consulting Project / Implementation Manager for 12+ months to support a large-scale retail and distribution M&A separation and systems integration program. The Project / Implementation Manager will be an extension of the VP of IT and partner with the Implementation Office Management Leadership, Senior Directors, and IT / Business workstream Leads to organize execution across 4 workstreams, manage dependencies, support change and readiness activities, and provide clear status reporting to executive stakeholders.
To be considered, you must have:

5+ years of Project or Implementation Management experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment
Experience with M&As, carve-outs, or large enterprise transformations
Ability to work across IT and business teams (ERP, WMS, eCommerce, retail, distribution, etc.)
Solid organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and execute effectively, as well as follow up to completion of tasks
Comfortable partnering with executives and senior leaders
Advanced Excel and familiarity with MS Planner, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
Experience with Project Management methodologies; Agile, Waterfall
Self-directed, energetic, and able to operate in ambiguity
Proven ability to collaborate across an organization as well as with both internal and external parties
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
