This role works directly with C-suite stakeholders to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence, automation, data, and technology investments that drive measurable business value.
The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting expertise with a practical understanding of AI technologies and governance. You will help organizations assess AI readiness, establish responsible adoption frameworks, develop transformation roadmaps, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. While this role is highly client-facing and strategic in nature, you will collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams responsible for solution design and implementation.

Job Description
As the primary advisor to executive stakeholders, you will guide organizations through AI adoption and business transformation initiatives, helping them evaluate opportunities, manage risks, and prioritize investments that support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders.
  • Lead executive workshops and business discussions focused on AI strategy, digital transformation, and organizational modernization.
  • Assess organizational readiness across people, processes, technology, data, and AI maturity.
  • Advise clients on AI governance, responsible AI practices, compliance considerations, and risk management.
  • Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and technology opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps that balance near-term wins with long-term transformation goals.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, business outcomes, and value realization.
  • Provide guidance on organizational change management, user enablement, and AI adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business objectives into actionable solution plans and implementation priorities.
  • Maintain executive relationships throughout advisory, planning, and delivery phases.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand technology, AI, automation, and modernization initiatives within client organizations.
  • Contribute to the development of advisory methodologies, assessment frameworks, and AI transformation best practices.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or a client-facing leadership role.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated success leading AI adoption, digital transformation, technology modernization, or enterprise change initiatives.
  • Experience establishing AI governance programs, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), or enterprise AI operating models.
  • Professional certifications related to AI governance, risk management, privacy, or responsible AI (e.g., IAPP AIGP).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect organizational goals to technology and AI strategies.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate strategic discussions, and challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Working knowledge of AI platforms, enterprise data environments, integrations, security considerations, and governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating work across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level presentations and recommendations.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and industry standards, including NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) and ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Experience supporting organizations through large-scale business transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment supporting multiple clients and industries simultaneously.

Benefits
Our client offers a competitive compensation package designed to support both your professional growth and personal well-being.
